Solution Colif Nov 15, 2017 win 10 should auto defrag itself so you shouldn't need to run it. I would download the free version of this and see if its any better: https://www.piriform.com/defraggler it won't run on ssd but I assume you have a hdd? SSD use another way to keep themselves at max performance
