System keeps crashing then i cannot turn of the computer

I have recently build a new computer. I keep gettting this issue where somethime my pc crashes, Kinda like it had gone into stand-by mode or shutting down. The LEDs on my keyborad turn off and my screen is black but the computer is still on. The led on my liquid cooler is still on and the led on the mobo and gfx card are still on. But when i tried an switch it of by holding the pwer button it does nothing no matter how long i hold it down for it wont turn off. I need to flick the I/O power switch at the back of my PSU.

Does it crash randomly or only when its under load in a game or something? If it only crashes under load the first thing I would check is cpu temps under load, you can use a program like HWmonitor to check the temps.

its happened many a diffrent times. once while playing PUBG and another while just browsing the internet. While idling the on the corsair link program im at 37c and while gaming i have seen itjump up to high 40c's, but have it set so if it reaches 50 the led on my water cooler turns red. but when i check it , i was stll it default colour.

what would be a max tempure for and AMD Ryzen 1600?
