Edit: Problem fixed, it was a faulty/broken 24pin cable, never seen that to be wrong...

Fresh new build, I'm not certainly new to building.

Specs:
MSI PRO Z790-A WIFI
i7-13700KF
Kingston Fury 32GB 6000MHz kit ( KF560C36BBEK2 - 32 )
MSi Ventus 3x 4070
AORUS modular psu AP750GM
2TB M.2 from Kingston

Assembled carefully everything in place, initially after power button is pressed cpu red light comes on for like a split of a second, then goes to yellow dram light and stays hanging on there.

What I've tried: (btw, everything assembled on the cardboard of the mobo)
Removing gpu, m.2, using only one ram stick in every single slot, even tried with no ram sticks and that part went right, since it is supposed to stay on DRAM if there is no RAM installed :)

Also tried leaving it for some "DDR5 training" and I've heard that it can take up to 15 mins for it to train. Didn't help + cpu cooler got REALLY hot like I mean REALLY hot, it's mounted properly btw.

Running out of ideas and also out of my mind.
Thanks for any comment!

Were there any issues locking cpu initially? Like unintentionally positioning socket brace over motherboard socket guide screw and pressing down whilst back end of the brace was touching cpu? Better check for bent cpu pins.

Nope, went on smoothly and checked the pins and they seem fine to me

Could you elaborate?
Since the psu came with somewhat of a weird cables, there are also carried out capacitors, my guess would be for smoothening the power delivery. It seems like those individual pins in the 24pins were loose and didn't make contact with the board causing it not to boot.

Cables follow a standard man, there wouldn't be anything weird, just wasn't plugged right is all.
It was plugged in right I swear. It was that just those individual pins, like whenever you try to pinout a connector, some of those were loose. Not the connector, just the pins in it.
