Question System not booting

My pc is not booting and is extremely frustrating to trouble shoot my specs are :
• ryzen 5 2600X
• Asus ROG Strix b450 f gaming mobo
•8 gb ddr4 Corsair vengeance
•8 gb ddr4 XPG gamix
•XFX 8gb rx 590 “fat boy” gpu
•cooler master 650 W gold rated psu
• 1 TB hdd
•128 gb ssd boot drive

So my system booted then it went to the bios logo then proceeded to boot into windows however the screen was black and I could move my mouse around, I then tried to boot into safe mode by interrupting my system from booting and on the third interrupt the peripherals turn on aswell as the case fans but no feedback to the monitor. I then took out my gpu and tried on another system it worked, same with the HDD and SSD. Therefore these 3 work perfectly fine, I re-sat the ram and tried each stick one by one. I tried to resit the cpu and then it posted but when booting to windows same black screen appeared where I can only move my mouse. I have refreshed my Cmoss and also re sat my gpu, on my mobo there was a white constant light pointing to vga error however I use display port. I did also try use the HDMI cable but same thing no windows just black screen, I moved the display port cable to another gpu slot but still does not work

Have you tried using just one stick of RAM? I noticed you're using two separate sticks of different RAM and they're probably not playing ball together.

Yeah I used one separate stick and no feedback to monitor and tried with the other and same issue reoccurred
