System not powering on

Hi,

My system is not powering on. I checked psu by connecting green and black wire, psu fan rotates and also green light on the motherboard is lighted but still the system is not powering up. No beep sound is coming. Could you please let me know what could be the problem. Cmos battery output is also between 2.4~2.5v. Please help

Did you check that your other components are well connected ?
