Question System not running well

Hey everyone! I want to start by saying im not tech savie and i know almost nothing about building pcs or running diagnostics to solve any problems thats why i thought id ask here.

I have a pretty decent pc My specs are:
CPU - Ryzen 9 3900X
GPU - Radeon 6950XT
MOBO - Asus B450
RAM - 32 GIG DDR4 3400MHz
PSU - Corsair 650
Storage - Samsung 970 EVO 1 TB

I play on 3440x1440 Resolution i have all the lastest drivers installed.
The problem im having is excruciating lag and screen tear. I play mostly the game Destiny 2 but i can barley play it on low settings.

I would like to add that i recently upgraded from a 2080TI to the 6950, i used DDU to get rid of all old drivers aswell.

And I have no idea what the current version of the bios is, I don’t know how to check 🙁

Would reset windows if temperatures are fine
