Question System POSTS with other GPUs, and GPU works in other systems (just not my GPU in my system) ?

Hi so I've had this PC for a few years now with no issue.
Three weeks ago it suddenly stopped POSTing (all the fans are spinning but no display and peripherals don't turn on).
I didn't have the time to diagnose it myself so I sent it to a PC repair shop.
When I got it back they told me my one RAM stick and one of my HDDs died. They also told me that my GPU works perfectly in every other system but doesn't work on mine and that every other GPU works in my system, but not my GPU.

They recommended I send the GPU in for a warranty claim .

The warranty claim came back and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the GPU( no surprise to me).
After buying more RAM to replace the dead RAM and a new power supply , still no luck.

I have a few old GPUs lying around that I tested it with (they all use just slot power) and they all work fine .

I tried to use my old motherboard and still no luck (ez debug was saying VGA fault).

Most recently I transferred all the components to a new case (because it has a bios beeper)
The beep code is just one short beep.

System Specs :
  • Ryzen 5 2600 with the stock AMD cooler
  • Asus Prime A320M-K
  • MSI GeForce GTX 1650s Aero ITX OC edition
  • Corsair cv650 PSU
  • 1*8gig + 1*16 gig corsair vengeance 2666 ddr4 RAM(the 16gig stick is the new one)
  • The GPU I'm currently using is a GTX750ti
  • I was using an Antec VP500 PSU
  • The Old motherboard I used to test was an MSI A320M Pro VD Plus
  • I was just using 2*8gig corsair vengeance RAM but one stick died hence the new 16 gig stick
  • I'm currently running Kubuntu 23.04 but was using Windows 10 22H2 when the issues started

What I've Tried :

  • Reseating Everything and making sure all my cables are plugged in correctly
  • Booting with only MOBO , CPU and GPU and One stick of RAM
  • Booting with no peripherals
  • Clearing CMOS
  • Every combination of RAM in the slots
  • New PSU
  • New RAM
  • Different Case
  • Trying an old MOBO
  • Tried a different Monitor
  • Tried different PSU power cords and a different HDMI cable
  • Tried using the DVI instead of HDMI
  • Just finished updating the BIOS

More Information
  • BIOS beep : One short Beep
  • EZ Debug Light : VGA
  • BIOS Version : 6202
*Edited the post to add everything else I tried + more detailed system specs
*Tried updating BIOS as reccomended and unfortunately it did not help
Thank you for reading 🙏
If anyone has any suggestions for what I could try next it would be much appreciated.
