Question System Recovery Loop

My brand new computer kept blue screening during startup and installs so I wanted to reset it, but I was not able to reset it due to an unknown reason

I followed this tutorial and now my computer is stuck in a infinite system recovery loop any suggestions?

When I got to the rename system and software Registry part the problem began

Why not just a regular wipe and reinstall?

Well, Reg edits should never be a part of a Windows OS install.
I've not watched that video (and don't plan to), but whatever it said to do was not what you wanted.
