System restoration incomplete, wireless connection failed

Hello,

Today something happened to my laptop. I cannot connect to internet and the anti-virus software failed. I tried to restore system but failed. It didnot allow me to do under safe mode as well.

Do you have Symantec (norton) installed?

How much space on your hard drive?

Boot into safe mode. Install and do a full system scan with malwarebytes.
