System to run Witcher 3 at medium

The computer I am using right now is pretty old and I don't want to buy a new computer altogether, but just to upgrade components. I just want to avoid bottlenecks and conflicting components and the budget doesnt matter.

My current PC:
CPU Type : QuadCore AMD A8-5600K, 3819 MHz
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard Name: Asus A88XM-Plus
RAM: 8GB Kingston
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (1 GB)
Monitor: Acer S220HQL
PSU: Corsair 550W VS550

Otherwise if you still don't want a new PC, youll nedd a new mobo and go for an Intel chipset, maybe a i5 4690K and pair that with a 970 or 960
If you can spend more get and i7 either 4790K or 5820K depending on price and get a 980 or Titan X and just go all out

Wait until next year for Nvidia Pascal. Titan X and GTX 980 are a complete waste of money, unless you feel owning something for 1 year is worth the $1000 investment.

It is only May!! And nvidia release a new card EVERY year so on your logic he would never get a card, You can't just keep waiting you have to buy things when you need them and when they're available. And a 980 is like £400 not $1000, I know theres exchange rates but they aren't that durastic
