[SOLVED] System turning on but no display !

Hello guys hope you are doing fine
So I was just played casual age of empires 3 when suddenly my system froze (audio froze too) so I restarted it to find out that I wasn't getting a display signal
My gpu is turning on the fans are running but I'm not getting a signal I've tried different monitors
The system is still turning on btw with my keyboard and mouse lighting up and the hard drive usage indicator is indicating hard drive usage
My specs are
Intel Xeon e5-1620 V2
Sapphire pulse rx 570 4 Gb
8 gb ddr3 1600 MHz
It's an old system but it gamed just fine
I'm really worried I hope you guys can help me out

Try moving GPU to different PCIe slots, but it may be dead GPU, because i have had same situation with RX470 year ago.

What is the make and model of your power supply and how long have you had it?
