System unable to boot after installing windows xp in intel core i3 processor

Hello,
i installed dual OS(xp and server 2003 with core i3 processor and DH61WW intel mother board. I am unable to boot into the OS. system automatically going to bios menu. what to do?

server '03 might be too old for your machine

No problem, My pc is working fine. I would like to inform that intel Core i3 processor supports Windows Xp & Windows Server 2003 (with SAP ECC 6.0)
