What's up everyone??

My current specs are as follows:

-System-
Intel i5 3570k (stock right now but overclocking to roughly 4.2 ghz)
Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 motherboard
Corsair H105 CPU cooler
16gb corsair vengeance ddr3 1600 ram
Kingston Hyper X 3K 120gb SSD (boot drive)
Wd 1tb caviar black HDD (mass storage)
MSI GTX 760 OC GPU
Corsair RM750 PSU
Lg optical drive
NZXT Hue RGB controller
Corsair Air 540 case

-Peripherals-
Logitech G600 mouse
Logitech G110 keyboard
GX Gaming speakers
Corsair H2100 headset
Samsung SyncMaster E2420 monitor (1080p)

So basically my question is what should my next upgrades be? Gaming wise I play everything from WoW to Battlefield to GTA, etc. I am really leaning towards picking up a GTX 970. I feel like some of the new games being released are going to need the extra VRAM even at 1080p (correct me if I am wrong). I thought about just picking up another 760, however since the new gpus came out the only ones I am finding cost more then a new 970. I definitely want to get a new monitor as well. I am leaning towards the ASUS VG248QE but I am open to suggestions (no less than 24" and no more than 27" please). I feel like my current monitor is not the greatest for gaming. The colors and what not look pretty bad compared to some of my friends monitors. Frame rates could be better as well (hence wanting the gpu upgrade. I am also looking at getting a mechanical keyboard. I like the corsair products however they are extremely expensive. All I am looking for is a sold mechanical keyboard with MX Brown switches and a white backlight preferably. My wife and I are expecting a baby boy in September so I won't be able to upgrade everything at once. It will have to be one item at a time. What order would you upgrade them in? Also could you give suggestions as to whether anything else will need upgrading anytime soon?

Thanks as always! You guys are the best!

I think GPU and motherboard should be your first upgrades, and then in a year or two the CPU and motherboard can be replaced and a new, larger SSD can be added. The build is solid as it is but the GPU is lacking. The monitor you listed is very good, I would also consider a 4K monitor if you like clarity over speed.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am assuming you meant GPU and keyboard first? And then CPU and MOBO? I am trying to wait for skylake to see how it is before the cpu upgrade. I would love to go 4k but I'm not sure if a single 970 would fair too well with it??

Sorry I meant GPU and monitor, then CPU and motherboard when Skylake comes out (if needed). I think that the SSD and keyboard should be upgraded when you feel they need to be replaced/when the SSD runs out of space or fails. Your keyboard is good but it's not mechanical, so that might be a consideration.

It all depends on the game, a 970 will be cutting it close with certain games (especially with AA) but it will be fine for oters. I would even wait for AMDs offerings; they should be out withing a couple months and will bring down GPU prices.
