I just built a gaming PC with 8700K, 3070 Ti, 32GB 2666Mhz DDR4, 700W PSU, but I'm getting TERRIBLY low FPS in games. I'm only playing in 1080p, yet I get only for example 60-70 FPS i Warzone.
My first thought was if someting was overheating and throttling. But that is not the case, GPU max out at around 60-70 C and CPU max out at 70-80 C under full load. But at the same time, utilization of GPU is around 65% and CPU around 45%. So the system is barely beeing used. What could be wrong?
