Question System won't boot from nvme

For some reason my system wont boot from my nvme anymore. My system was running fine yesterday. But when I turned it on today, all it does is go straight into bios and the boot debug led goes on. The drive still shows in the bios but with [remapping] next to it. I've already updated the bios and made sure the drive is in the slot right. Other than that I dont know what else to do.
Specs:
Mobo: msi b360m mortar titanium
Gpu: geforce gtx1060 6gb
Nvme ssd(the boot drive): Hikvision E1000 512GB M.2 PCI-e Gen 3 x 4 NVMe

Got anything on a flash stick that's bootable?
If so plug it in and see if it will boot.

Yeah did that with an bootable usb. It boots fine from that.

Looks like your Windows boot is svrewed up. Try repair option from flash disk boot.

Just tried, getting "Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC"

Yeah did that with an bootable usb. It boots fine from that.

Try the other m.2 slot.

Tried, other slot does support gen 3/4 only 2

Gave up on the nvme. As far as I can tell theres no real solution. So just gonna reinstall windows on my old sata ssd and run from it for now.

Sisnce you are lready reinstalling windows why don't you try to do it on NVME drive with clean install ? Just make sure you do it in UEFI mode.
