System won't boot to Windows

I recently upgrades to a new cpu, motherboard, psu and ram.
6700k, z170 titanium board from msi, 2 sticks of tridentz 16g each. 1000 corsair platinum hi. My system will not boot to Windows. It goes spinning wheel and won't go past that. How can I solve this?

With that level of hardware change, a full reinstall of the OS is generally a good idea.
In this case, it appears to be required.

Well crap. You serious? I have windows 10. I did the latest bios update as well.

Yes, I'm serious.
Changing a lot of parts, especially the motherboard, is always a crapshoot. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
You have found the latter. And there is no workaround other than a reinstall.

Very serious. Was your system thrown together with an OEM license? If so, you may need to open that wallet back up.

I ALWAYS suggest PC gamers/builders like us spend the $20 more to get the legit license of windows which can be passed from system to system for all eternity. I update hardware and what not all the time. Once OEM OS' are used, that it. It is tied to the hardware.

Now it will load but takes forever to pop up windows. And I am getting driver power state failure. Trying to pull up USB drive and it won't even show the reinstall. Just shows blue screen with my mouse cursor that I can move

Boot from your USB and reinstall.

After re-installing Windows I was still running into problems. I however realized that during installation I plugged in a bad HDD. Once I removed this it ran perfectly. So chalk this one up to user error -_-
