Question T-Force Delta 6000 CL30 vs Lexar Ares 6400 CL32 ?

My CPU is a Ryzen 7800X3D and motherboard is a B650 Aorus Elite Ice.

I was thinking of purchasing TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory which costs AUD$189. But I've now found Lexar Ares RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 CL32 Memory for AUD$159.

Am I better off going with the cheaper Lexar 6400 CL32 or will this cause instability issues?
Also which memory kit is more likely to be Hynix?
