I actually went to www.jakobud.com and grabbed the ms pac cabinet plans then
scaled them down in illustrator until the height was 4 feet. this way I
could pretty much use 1 sheet of MDF and a little more to build it.
Depending on the size monitor you have to sort of wing the installation of
that.
As for artwork, I found some online from various sources and recreated
something to fit the small space. Sent it to a place that prints on adhesive
vinyl, permanent solvent based inks for about $7 a sq foot. Same for the
front kickplate. I just cut out the design before applying it.
I got the paintcode from somewhere online but after getting my sideart back
from the printer I decided to color match that instead. Might not be exact
ms pac color but it looks so crazy (good) in person.
if this wasn't mame i could probably get some good money on ebay for it
based off this last auction huh?
