Question Talk me in or out of buying a MSI MPG 321URX QD-OLED

I just built a new PC. See my signature. I have a ton of new games I want to play. I currently have a Corsair XENEON 315QHD165 and I like it well enough but I have been thinking about taking the 4K OLED plunge. My question is mainly to those of you who may already have the monitor mentioned in the subject or other OLED monitors. Is it really worth it to upgrade from IPS and 1440p? Is the video quality in games so much better? I know this can be a subjective question, I'm just asking for opinions. Talk me into it or out of it. Thank you.

I haven’t owned one but my friend recently bought an oled and said the picture quality was amazing but it wanted to do a recalibration every 4 hours I think he told me. He ended up returning it and bought a high end ips 34 inch I think gaming monitor.
