TB 1.2 Gigz with PC133 CLS2 or 3? Which is better?

Hi all,

Was wonderinf whether is it better to run a TB 1.2 Gigz with PC133 CLS2 or CLS3 type RAM? Which is better?

Anybody with PC133 CLS3 RAM that runs awesome?

CL2 gives better performance, 2 cycles as opposed to 3, but a little more $

but CL3 isn't terrible either.......

With the processor you've got there, you'd get the most out of it with good quality CL2 like Corsair, Wichmann Workx or Crucial, but you'll have to pay a bit more.

Oh hell... are you sure?? I have heard many saying the difference wouldn't be noticeable.. Oh crap man...

I bought 256 meg of it... [-peep-]!!!

It's not only performance that makes CL2 better than CL3. CL 2 can reach higher clocked levels (i.e. 150MHz) and still be stable, where as CL2 would not be.
