Question tCCD_L vs tCCD_S

Hey all, I would be very grateful if someone could explain why tCCD_L applies when accessing different bank groups but not when accessing banks within the same bank group. Additionally, I would appreciate any references (papers or datasheets) that provide a detailed circuit diagram illustrating the physical organization of banks within bank groups and how bank groups are connected to the I/O pins.

You are asking some interesting questions.

However, I suggest that the starting point is for you to provide what you believe to be the applicable answers along with supporting citations and references.

Then other Forum memnbers may comment/post accordingly.

Your post seems to be very much a "homework" sort of question and Forum rules prohibit doing homework.

Or someone's job for that matter.

What do you believe to be the answers? E.g., for starters - the bank group I/O pinouts?
