Hi to all!!

Does anybody know what is the right formula of contra generation got
from UA Tech Institutes now?, and how it depends on the number of tech
institutes, population and stored contraband per base?

Depends on population and how many you have.

cb(1)=f(1,col, count)?
cb(3)=f(3,col,count)?

Do you know the structure of f?

Gabor, I'm unaware of structure.

My expierence tells me that without the appropriate population, no
contra is generated, although you have got a pile of contra. I mean, in
bases with 1,000-10,000 colonists and a pile of 500 of both contra; you
don't get anything. In bases without contra but a million of colonist,
you get them (at the begining few contra appears). The number of tech
institutes doesn't change the numbers of contra generated.

I've done more tests but I get the same conclusions and I'm not able to
estimate the correct formula now. We've an old formula but it doesn't
work, it seems like if Tim had changed it.

Thanks you!!

Is it random or deterministic?
