Question Temperature issue with Ryzen 7 5800X and a Corsair H100 AiO ?

need to get some information about my system, im having a ryzen 7 5800x and a corsair h100 aio 2fan

in normal cpu temp is around 40 to 50
but when i open browser or play games it rise up to 75 to 80 sometimes 90 to is it normal or fulty component

Completely normal, the chip is tiny and so has way less area to dissipate heat.

An undervolt of -0.256 should work, just do that, if unstable increase voltage only slightly.

Try these settings for power draw... these should be safe.
PPT = 125, TDC = 90, EDC = 125
