Question temperature problem with new cooler/cpu.. how to fix it

i got a new AMD Ryzen 9 3050X and a Fractal Design S36 liquid cooler, my idle temp is 60-65 and during action my cpu reaches 70-90. how do i find the issue.. i dont know yet if my cpu or my liquid cooler is the problem.

What is the case?

How are the case fans setup in the case?

The problem turned out to be bad mounting, it was mounted a little bit to the side which resulted in bad cooling. everything seem to be fine now
