Hy, I am trying to create a template in word / pdf that only contains some empty dots and cases, and when I open it I need to complete some info and print only the data I have entered, without dots or case. Is that posibile ? Thank you very much.

Yes. That is possible.

However, that answer is contingent upon what is meant by "some empty dots" and "cases".

What work have you done?

What you must do is to add more explanation and otherwise show your work thus far.

Then show/explain what is and is not working.

What does the form (dots and cases) look like? What data needs to be printed out and the corresponding format/arrangement.

Basically the desired data entry screen or form and then the required printed output. Examples.
