Question Terrible Stuttering/Freezing/Fps Drops

I'm playing my games and all I get is bad stuttering. My specs are pretty good (here are my specs). Keep in mind I'm playing all my games on ultra. I just want to get this solved because it's irritating. These happen in all my games when I move my camera around and like my specs are well capable enough to handle these games at 1080p.


All of my games are running off my HHD if you have anymore questions to help me resolve this issue I'll answer them asap

Well, my graphics drivers are up to date. Could you tell me some other drivers I need to check and update?

Update I downcloked my ram but I still get stutters

Update: Still studdering and I haven't received any help yet.

The HDD ,is the problem, some corrupt HDD make games have stutters in open world games .and will stutter when loading some games..FIFA series for example loads when training,so if you have a corrupt HDD you get stuttering when training before the match..
