Hi all,
I just got some new components from NEWEGG.com and started assembling them. I got a MoBo, CPU, Video card, power supply, SSD, and heatsink. I installed the CPU, memory, heatsink, and Video card so I could check if it would boot to the splash screen to make sure everything was working. I used an HDMI to my monitor from the video card and booted it up and everything was running. The problem is I wasn’t seeing the splash screen. I’m not sure exactly what to do so I am asking you, the community.
Thanks
Mike

Solution
Never a waste we all learn something with every issue. Glad it worked out so easily. Many years ago I was selling, installing and maintaining hi end audio and professional audio for nightclubs and discotheques. If I had another dollar for every issue that was resolved by "check to see it it is plugged in"; check to see if the plug is controlled by a switch" and check to see if you connected the wires from the amp to the speakers (no wireless back then)" I would be a very rich man.
