I have only motherboard, PSU, and GPU

Ok, but i buy refurbished motherboard and that warranty will void in 7 days later, but my CPU and RAM will arrive aprrox 45 days later, what can i do ?, help me please...

return the board and buy it after you get the cpu/ram?
buy another cpu/ram?
build a time machine?
