I bought a new cheap 1440p 180hz IPS monitor (Tesla 27GH645BQ) and i am having problems with text and some textures in different games ghosting and smearing. (imgur videos)
I tried changing settings in games and on the monitor it self but nothing works.
Also the colors on the monitor are very grey when HDR is turned off.
Is there any way to fix this or am i going to have to RMA the monitor, i don't want to RMA it if i don't have to.

Thanks for the answers in advance!

Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

As for the display, a quick way to rule out your display being the root of the issue is when you hook up the monitor to another display source(that's known working) and you see the exact issue pop up.

Have you tried lowering resolutions, lowering refresh rate? Does the issue you speak of only happen in games? If so, what games are we talking about here?

I tried connecting an old monitor to the PC and there's no issue, i cannot connect the the new monitor to something else since i don't have anything else to plug it into...

The game that i am playing is war thunder. The issue seems to only be in games. I tried turning FSR on and off, changing resolutions and refresh rates nothing worked.
An anomaly happened a few minutes ago, in War Thunder while having 200-250 fps the ghosting stopped?
Sorry for spamming i cant post full reply at once!
