Text file after recovery" check image plz"

I lost some files after formatwindows, i used R-Studio for recovery, after find my files they all with this language and codes.

The file extension determines how the file is interpreted. A JPG file opened in a text editor could look like that. If you found a few files you can manually rename them. If you have thousands of files, I don't have a good answer.

Its txt file but the language change to these code

I don't believe it IS a text file. Maybe an RTF or something, but I don't believe it is (was) a plain TXT file.
