the 2 second pause

Hi,
I have the Mitsumi 4804TE burner, and i was wandering if there is any software out there that will allow me to get rid off the 2 second pause between tracks on a music cd?

does it work with any writer? I haven't tried it, i thought certain software will only work with certain hardware. Am I wrong? Will my WinOnCD do it?
