After I re-installed Windows 10, the back light of monitor is always on when the display is turned off by system or the system sleeps.

No hardware is changed.

When the system is shutdown, the back light is off as normal.

The brand is MSI and the graphic card is 3070.

I updated drivers for motherboard and graphic card but the issue persists.

Any idea? Is there any setting that controls the back light?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model monitor?

Some monitors have drivers that can be installed on the host system. Check the applicable monitor User Guide/Manual.

May be some monitor configuration setting.
