The best z370 Motherboard? -Without RGB

Hello, its my first build.
I'm using a 8600k, 3200mhz 16gb Vengeance + 1080ti.
but im at a loss for a motherboard!.
Ideally I would like one with good OC support & Total Absolute Fan control.
+ Long term reliability
-But with no RGB at all.
-Budget for 180USD.
Please tell me what people here recommend or some resources

Buy the best asus you can afford. The Prime series is the least overdeveloped with RGB.

Any RGB can be turned off in BIOS so buy the most usefull motehrbaord for you in terms of features and vrm and turn off the rgb from bios. I also vote for Asus.

Yes asus prime seems good, but I absolutely dont want to pay any extra for any kind of rgb, i know its strange, but it feels to me i could stretch that extra 30-40 and get better functional improvements rather than useless rgb which ill turn off anyway

search yuor supplier for a ROG Maximus X Hero. Might be pricy, but a quality motherboard.

I am not a fan of RGB "bling" either.

Since you have a budget, look at the asrock Z390 pro4.

The z390 will not cost about the same and opens up the door to 9th gen processors.
I am using the M-ATX asrock z370M pro4 and have a satisfactory overclock of a well binned i5-8600K@5.0

There is no RGB.
I can not say how good the fan controller is since I do not need/use it.
Nor can I, or anybody else, say just how long the motherboard will last.
At least there will not be a premium price invested in it.
