A little bit of detail:

This error happens when I am installing games, and sometimes when I launch them. At first, I suspected faulty RAM, so I just ordered new RAM from Amazon, alas the problem persists. I have done my best to update all drivers and I have refreshed Windows. Looking for any help you guys can offer me, thanks.

What titles are we talking about here? Where did you source the installers for said games?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Did you reinstall the OS after recreating your bootable USB installer?

Using WinDBG;
vgk.sys
is what shows up as one of your triggers, uninstall Valorant and see if that stops the BSoD's.

64 GB DDR 5 6000mhz but in BIOS its running at 4800 (didnt turn on xmp)
I have a 2 TB NVME and 2 HDDs - but these aren't used for any apps
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
1000W PSU - whole PC is a few months old.
BIOS version is 1402
the case is mid sized I actually take the side off when I play something super high intensity like Cyberpunk because even with all the fans the temperature gets pretty ugly when 4090 is at high utilization 84-85C is highest I've clocked. its like 72C max with side of the case off.
Windows 11

When I refreshed Windows I chose the options to keep personal files but lose everything else.
