agree'd with 13thmonkey, most likely incompatibility of the cpu to the motherboard. Most likely u have a 125watt cpu in a board that only supports 95watt cpus. As said most likely will need a new board to work with the cpu or cpu for ur current board. Some boards that only take 95watt downclock the cpu alot to even boot with 125watts but im guessing the board u have doesnt lol

Remove the tdp limit in bios. In power management.
Why comment on a thread that is over 3 years old, and with such little information offered by the OP you could have just destroyed his mobo, do you want to buy him a new one?

its becoz i faced the same problem today. and it was becoz my cmos settings were changed back to default. then i faced the same error. i solved the problem by reenabling the tdp over 95w support in my bios. it wont destroy the motherboard. it was simply a feature in bios.
did he mention a bios issue? what if it was actually a hardware limitation of the board, i.e. the VRMs are only rated to 95W? not at all unusual on AMD mobo's.
And why answer this from 3 years ago? do you really think he's sat there waiting for a 'solution'.

This is wholly reprehensible advice, dangerous enough that I hope a moderator removes your posts.
Anyone who comes across this thread while researching a problem, do not listen to this person; it's very unlikely that he buys you a new motherboard if his "solution" fails.
so that was from 2012, 5 years ago, and again very little actual information in it, so do you think it would be wise to propagate and spread that information?
