I'd stick with air, because of the additional motherboard cooling it provides. If you go water, add an Antec Spot Cool to cool your VRMs.
I slam the Hyper 212 EVO because it's a bang/buck Loser, and I try not to recommend losers. Any 120mm tower cooler can handle moderate overclocking, and you will always be able to find cheaper versions than CM that offer similar performance (+/- 1C depending on the fan(s) used).

That's not bad. I don't like the looks of them. I typically spend the extra $10 for something a little more stylish or with a better fan. Prolimatech, phanteks, Xigmatech, they all have similar options in the $25-$50 range.

The 2500k is going into another build for the wife with probably my old 8800gts 512mb. I like air cooling because you can see the fans spinning or not. I like water cooling because it cools better usually. Im torn. Obviously I want the coolest I can get.

Yeah, Noctua fans are rough looking. Check out the Phanteks and Prolimatechs that come fanless so you can pick whatever matches or performs the best.

I had this one it's a total stud. It cooled my 3570K within a handful of degrees of my full blown water loop. Changed the fans though.

This thing is legandary, choose your own fans. I believe it's available in an array of colors as well.

Dual 140mm fan tower:

Both of those available in multiple colors!!

High end air cooling is sweet!

Spray painting fan blades is generally a bad idea unless you really know what you're doing. Too easy to get a heavy coat on one blade vs another and throw off the stability especially at higher RPMs. I see a lot of people dying their blade spindal recently and having great success. But hard to take a dark color like that anywhere but black.

dying. You mean taking most of it apart and putting it a a dye? Or something else?

MDBA, there is no chance of getting a 2013 mustang GT with 11k miles for 23k. You could get an auto v6 for that money or an auto gt base with more miles, but if you want a 6-speed GT with any options at all, it would be more than 23k.

I would definitely go with the Noctua NH-D14 or the Phanteks as well. As long as your RAM is low profile you should have no issues at all.
