Hey!

I have bought The Outer Worlds on Epic games (key is from G2A). But the game will not install what so ever. I click install, the game starts to download 38 GB. When it finishes, it starts over, but now its 78 GB, when thats finished, it starts over again, but now its 115 GB...What...

When its finished downloading 115 GB and installing, nothing is installed on my disk...I have tried 2 different disks, same problem. I have formatted my pc 3 times, nothing works. I have the latest windows version. I am running Windows 10 Home.

What is going on here? I have tried installing different games on epic games launcher, and that works fine. So I dont know what to do. Been trying this for the past 6 days.

Anyone got any ideas?

Best regards,

This G2A:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G2A

From the Wikipedia link:

"G2A has been subject to a number of controversies regarding the validity of the sources for its keys, with several developers having asserted that the keys originate on the grey market and end up costing them money. G2A had denied these charges but had taken steps to implement programs to assure keys originate from legitimate sources and sellers".

Bogus/counterfeit key perhaps?

I understand that, but i dont think thats the case here. I have redeemed the game with the key. I do own the game, but it just wont install

Multiple installation failures do indeed indicate that something is wrong.

You paid for the game/key.

However, if the game and/or game key is pirated, counterfeit, or otherwise just simply corrupted then you need to work with G2A accordingly.

Have you contacted them?
