Before we can say yes or no, you'd need to provide us with your current system's specs. Second thing to note, are you sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date? Thirdly, the Kingston kit you've chosen has latency's relaxed than the existing Crucial stick of ram. In essence you ca drop in the new kit but it'll be a little slower than your Crucial stick of ram.
