get a bigger water cooler, or a big air cooler, it will work better. personally All in one water coolers I don't feel offer good value, rarely are they cooler and rarely are they quieter, and almost never both at the same time.

This will cool your cpu well and gives you the ability to overclock. It also has a much better stock performance than the 9590. For gaming, the performance is about the same. But I think you are ready to go!
