Question The screen keeps freezing on my laptop and the only solution is restart ?

Laptop model: HP Pavillion 15

My OSes are Windows 10 and Manjaro Linux dual boot but randomly and sometimes my laptop screen keeps freezing. The only solution is restart but it keeps happening.

Laptop Specs
CPU: AMD A4-6210
GPU: AMD Radeon R3
RAM: 16GB.

Maybe my old specs is replacing motherboard gonna work cause cannot switch cpu and gpu.

I checked event viewer it says critical Kernel-power i forgot what the message says is my kernel corrupted?

could be an empty cmos/bios battery
the messge you get only states that windows was not correctly shutdown, most likely hardware related.
could be too hot components, or corrupted ram or faulty battery/charger or hard drive issues
check temperatures with e.g. hwinfo
check windows with dism commands (you should find some in Google and how to run)
check ram with memtest
