The selected file is not UEFI BIOS

Hello,everybody i had a problem recently with my motherboard (asus h110-k).I cant update the bios through the uefi neither on ez update from windows.
1.The aesuite 3 says:Get blocks error
2.The uefi bios says ''The selected File is not UEFI BIOS!!!''

I had try every method in yt and forums but i cant find a solution.
Sorry for my bad english...
My main language is Greek...

The uefi bios it means BIOS

Yes it's BIOS of UEFI type, that changes nothing as far as update of BIOS is concerned.

It sounds like you may have downloaded the wrong BIOS update - - it may be a Legacy BIOS update for a different board (or an earlier revision of your board) instead of the UEFI BIOS update which your board needs.

(Legacy BIOS updates aren't compatible with your motherboard model (hence the error message).

Go back to the mobo manufacturer's website and make sure you get the correct update for your specific board model.
