The Sims 4 won't start on windows 10

The Sims 4 won't launch.
I downloaded Sims 4 but when I try to launch it a notification pops up saying that "This app can't run on your pc".
My PC specs meet the requirements.
What could be the problem.

Assuming you actually bought and downloaded it from legal source (origin) you could humor us and mention your pc specs.
Reason being that it might not meet some requirement for some reason.

I found the problem:the installer on the desktop put the 64bit executable
