Hello, my game will downlode and an icon will come up,but when i try to play the game a black screen will come up and act like its going to play,but all it gets to is the black screen and goes back to my regular screen....??

right click on your desktop, go to settings. down the Resolution to a lower setting thank you currently have. Then try running the program. Sometimes the graphics card rejects a resolution change from a game if the variance is too large.
