Question "The size of the extent is less than the minimum"

By exploring the partitions on my computer, I had discovered that 759.68GB of space is unused, and thus unallocated, but when I try to extend it or at least make it its own drive, it says "The size of the extent is less than the minimum"

You can only extend to unallocated space to the immediate right of the partition. So only that 450MB Recovery partition can be extended into that space.

Is there a reason this HDD is Dynamic instead of basic??

Those 450MB can't be used to extend the partition, as for the HDD being dynamic, I don't know what that does, or what it means. Do you have a solution?
