The Witcher 3, can i run it on low settings without any lag?

Solution
So, I was able to play the game early since I had the digital version and it was released on Poland's time. At 1080p and a combination of low-medium settings I was able to get a strong 30-42 FPS. Some areas I saw 48 FPS and others I saw upwards to 53 FPS. If you played at a lower resolution at low graphics you actually should be in the clear. Just download the latest GeForce drivers and try it out. Best of luck!
Yeah, the GPU is below CD Projekt Red's posted minimum requirements so it may not run well. If I were to guess on low graphics 720p don't expect 30 FPS. It comes out tomorrow...I plan on playing it to see how my set-up performs. I'll let you know how my 750 Ti goes although I'm not expecting much. Maybe this will give you a better idea.

Hi,

my spec are
Athlon II X4 640 3Ghz
8Gb RAM
GTX 650

Almost the same as yours.
I did play Witcher 3 on LOW settings with textures on MED.
I didn't measure the FPS but I could play without lags and really nice graphics. In my opinio better than Shaodws of Mordor on Medium.

How? I have intel i7 3630 2.4 GHz
8.00 GB
gtx 670 mx

And I have to run it on the lowest resolution and every setting at the lowest to get about 30-40 fps. Even the witcher 2 looked better and I didn't even max that out.

Your graphic card is the problem, you can't run it even at 1240 x 720 resolution.

I have problem even running it at the lowest resolution. I get stuttering sometimes

I play the witcher 3 on:
Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (Windsor, Socket AM2) with light overclock to 2200 Mhz, runs stable at 50-55°C
Gigabyte Geforce GT 630 2048 DDR3 (not Overclocked)
4GB Ram

I tweaked the Witchers User.ini to lower tesselation, Speedtree, and Decals (Decals are additional cosmetic environment objects like little stones on the ground). I also lowered the resolution to 800x600.
Does look good enough and runs like a charm. No stuttering sounds and fluid gameplay.

Thats maybe not even the lowest spec it runs on without lag.

Wow, I'm truly amazed. Kudos to you. I would have never imagined a PC like that to run the game! That's just awesome 😀
