Question There is a glitchy black bar at the bottom of my screen ?

There is a glitchy black bar at the bottom of my screen when I increase the refresh rate from 60Hz to either 120Hz or 144Hz.

I don't know how to fix it and I know the monitor supports 144Hz because I looked at at the specs of the exact model I have on the website, and it has a DisplayPort too.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?

I don't know how to add a screenshot but here is a link to it its hard to see the black bar but its at the bottom and it flickers slightly and I just don't know how to fix it
