There is power but it doesn\'t boot

when i power it does but it just don't boot with a dark or dim screen

What configuration? Is it new or used?

Check the front panel connectors if its does not boot. By boot I assume you mean clicking the power button does nothing but the power supply is connected to the wall and installed correctly to all connectors. Or did you mean the computer powers on but the screen is as if it was turned off?
