Thermalright MUX 120 for socket 1156 Lynnfields

Hi, just wondering where I can pick up a Thermalright MUX 120, the heatsink all the websites have been receiving from Intel for benchmarks? How much better do you think it is than the $29.99 coolermaster 1156 heatsink on Newegg? Do you think it's a little better or a lot better?

Also, if you google up Thermalright, why does it say BROTHER AND SISTER FREE SEX on their website? Lol.

Yeah, not only that, but it shows up multiple times in their website and also on some of their ads.
