Question Thermaltake case fans

I bought a thermaltake case, which has 4 fans preinstalled. The fan cables are wired to a plate at the back of my pc https://screenshot.net/wgqy5c1 There is a molex-looking connector coming out of the plate https://screenshot.net/3kwelcg
I am not sure what to do with the molex cable... Do I need to wire it to my motherboard? If so, where?

This should be on page 10 of your manual.
The 4 pin is for connecting the RGB switch mode to your MB. It is to sync to your MB colours I believe.
You should find some markings on the 4 pin that correspond with the 12V R G B - the 12V should have an arrow over it.

Not necessary to plug in unless you want that sync support is my understanding.

Rgb and fan is 2 seperate things. You can run either independently or both, seperately

There are male and female connectors though. Are you saying the female end is to sync? Do I still need to plug the male end to the PSU?

If it's rgb, doubtful either go to the psu. If it's fan and rgb, then probable one goes to psu. You'll have to look in the case manual
