Thermaltake CLP0596 good for overclocked CPU's?

Is Thermaltake CLP0596 130mm Frio Advanced CPU Cooler good for overclocked CPU's?

I am going to buy a AMD FX-8120 and i am going to overclock it would this CPU cooler be good for it would it keep it cool or would it over heat?

I cool my FX8120 with this but you need a big case to fit it ^
